🙏 My condolences extend to the 58 that have left this world and to another 515 that are fighting for their lives as we speak due to the senseless violence that took place a few hours ago in Las Vegas. ・ While joyous and playful “Sins” create the colors in our city of Paradise; we demean, and reserve no place in the Valley or anywhere in our great nation for, those who interpret the word “Sin” in such ways that threaten the comfort, safety, and moreover is detrimental to the lives of our friends, family, as well as each distinct visitor that makes our community diverse and unique. ・ In honor of the victims who have left us and their families, my photos today of Las Vegas contain minimal colors to represent those who fall short in what is usually a vibrant city. May the Lord help us in uniting our community in the times of need, honor the wishes of the ones fighting to survive, and end the counting of number of casualties from increasing any further. ⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️⚫️ ☎︎ Victim Information Hotline: 1-(866)535-5654 • Donate Blood at United Blood Services: LAS VEGAS 6930 W. The honest truth is that no parent is truly prepared to be a parent. No one is truly prepared for an airplane diaper blowout while the seatbelt sign is on. No one is truly prepared for hours and hours spent searching the words ‘teething’ or ‘sleep regression’. No one is truly prepared for the myriad of important decisions like ‘cloth or disposable’ that will ultimately determine the success, happiness and earning potential of their baby. But, you can be prepared-ish and Babies “R” Us can help. We want to see your Be Prepared-ish moments. This can be those moments you weren’t prepared for - those honest, real, family moments every parent encounters. It can also be images showing how you aim to stay prepared as a parent, (with Babies”R”Us if relevant) or how your kids challenge you even when you feel the most prepared. The tone of this campaign is humorous, honest, real, and unfiltered we want the images to reflect that. We do not want content that feels aspirational or curated. Creative guidelines: We want to see babies up to 2 years old. We would also love to see more pre-natal/pregnancy depictions as well as parents prepping for baby. Would love to see their “I wasn’t prepared for…” moments too! Photography should be natural, authentic, genuine, candid & un-staged. Shot in real-life settings, from different viewpoints & angles. Diversity is strongly encouraged. You don’t need to include our toys or baby products in your photos, but if you do that is even better! Products featured should be sold at Babies”R”Us, if similar products are sold Try to tell a story with your photo! → IMPORTANT If your photos show faces, you need a model release. Send your release to modelrelease@foap.com. Get a model release form and read more about model releases on blog.foap.com Example photos by @sherida03 and @coribermudez

#1st #day #of #spring as we look up st the #beautiful #sky up high i am thankful for mother nature sharing her beauty with us all. let us take some time to enjoy the #beauty #all #around #us. we can feel joy and share it with others.

My name is Trina Slade-Burks. Formerly of New York city, the Bronx to be exact. Now residing in West Palm Beach Florida. I am a mother of two and a wife. And I am an artist and art advocate. Five years ago we almost lost our house due to my husband first losing his job, and then becoming sick. It literally took me four years for us to get out of foreclosure. Fought with the bank literally every day. My fellow artists hosted a huge fundraiser. The money collected allowed us to be able to save our house get out of foreclosure and start our life over. During that process artists from all over the county reached out to us to help. Some even told us how brave we were. Little did I know that there were many artists who went through similar situations and were unable to save their homes. In that moment I realized that this situation is bigger than we are. We are starting a program that advocates for artist in our community, which will allow for them to be self-sufficient and also help them in emergency situations. #foapnation

Nature is an integral part of our lives. But even while we appreciate the blessings she bestows on us, we forget that we are plundering her treasures and thereby denying our children the pleasure of enjoying nature in all her abundance and variety in the future. The beauty of nature has been extolled in the works of poets and artists. When Wordsworth describes the daffodils dancing in the breeze or when our eyes alight on a painting by William Turner, our hearts are filled with an indescribable emotion. If a mere representation can move us so much, imagine the power of the real thing. If you have seen Massachusetts during fall season when the leaves turn yellow, ochre, and red, you can never forget it in your lifetime. Nature has myriad facets. It keeps changing from season to season, from minute to minute. If the sea was a bright blue in the morning, by noon it has become an emerald green hue. The colors of the sky keep changing throughout the day, from pale pink at dawn to a dazzling blue at mid morning and a bright orange by sunset and purple by twilight. Nature reflects our moods. When the sun shines, we feel happy and hopeful.

i am a real coffee addict and i mean the real coffee with no milk added 😅 in our family the coffee brings us together and we meet once a week all of us 👈

There is a beautiful world up there, and that world can be seen with aviation. Yes we where told that we where not meant to fly, but science gives us that ability that we never thought was possible. Piper Archer. Davenport Iowa

A Walk to Remember

We climb the mountain, so that we can see the world spread wide. Not the other way around, so that the world sees us.

Baby picture describes the reality of life and her sweetness and innocent described the nature and tells us about life and tells us about the secret of life that when we where smaal the our glance and our innocent attracts others but now we are young

Humans are abstracting the Earth to be using all this resource that powers their reality. We deal damage that wont heal and that causes future humans to suffer, the healthy habitat we live in Today is a desolate wasteland tomorrow. Save the Earth!

Many of my photos are taken in the magic hours between day & night. As the sun was setting we lit a beach fire to keep us warm while we watched; the sky fill with a myriad of coloured light, & the fire flames & smoke dance & sway in the soft breeze.

A Man of Abiding Faith

As winter comes and go, we will come upon Icicles hanging from building's or trees. These icicles were hanging from a green bush. Where ever we go in life we will always find beauty all around us.

I was exploring the coast of California with my friend. We decided to call it a night and find a place to camp. We ended up finding this place and going down a mile or so of steep, STEEP hillside with rocks and loose dirt. Of course we were guided by an ounce of moonlight. We set up our tent, but didn't use it. There was a cool zephyr and the stars shone lightly. We woke up in the morning to loud birds swooping low and making a ruckus. By the time I officially woke up, I realized that in actuality, it was just one bird. And it was a bird that strikes fear in the heart of many - including me. A peregrine falcon - the fastest animal in the world. It is like a bullet with razor sharp claws that weighs up to 1.5 kg. Anyway, birds are territorial and will not go out of their way to be aggressive for no reason. I just couldn't figure out what the reason was. I carried along and went closer to the edge of the cliff to see if I could see anything as to why the bird was acting this way. When I got there I saw a nest with the mother and a baby. It finally clicked - this is why the falcon is being so loud and diving so close. Then I remembered - the falcon! Where was it? I looked up with my camera and almost fell back. The peregrine was in the middle of its fastest dive yet, and heading right for me. I took this shot practically at ground level because I was in the middle of getting low. After the shot I fell to the ground on my stomach and felt the wind from this magnificent bird on my back. It was an incredible moment to be alive and I'm so grateful these species exist. After I realized why the aggressive behaviour was occurring, I left so that the falcons wouldn't be stressed out by what they assumed was a predator.

Generation Gap. I take this view as generation gap between us and our seniors. There is a small road that portrays the gap. It depend on us wether we cross the road and reach out each other. Or we stay tall on our sides and watch the other . 🙂

favorite autumn! autumn always give us brightness because of the color Red! we always thank the nature in autumn before the dark winter. i took this beautiful leaves in Kyoto, Japan! sometimes we enjoy the contrast of colors, Red, Yellow and Green. nowhere has like this beautiful nature except Japan.

100 year old grave Some people think graveyard and cemetery mean the same, but, if we want to be a little nitpicky, we should say that graveyard is a type of cemetery, but a cemetery is usually not a graveyard. To understand the difference, we need a little bit of history. From about the 7th century, the process of burial was firmly in the hands of the Church (meaning the organization), and burying the dead was only allowed on the lands near a church (now referring to the building), the so-called churchyard. The part of the churchyard used for burial is called graveyard, an example of which you can see in the picture. As the population of Europe started to grow, the capacity of graveyards was no longer sufficient (the population of modern Europe is almost 40 times higher than it was in the 7th century). By the end of the 18th century, the unsustainability of church burials became apparent, and completely new places, independent of graveyards, were devised—and these were called cemeteries. The etymology of the two words is also quite intriguing. The origin of "graveyard" is rather obvious; it is a yard filled with graves. However, you might be surprised to hear that "grave" comes from Proto-Germanic *graban, meaning "to dig", and is unrelated to "gravel". Of course, the word "cemetery" did not appear out of the blue when graveyards started to burst at the seams. It comes from Old French cimetiere, which meant, well, graveyard. Nevertheless, the French word originally comes from Greek koimeterion, meaning "a sleeping place". Isn't that poetic?

Tugu Yogyakarta Tugu Yogyakarta is a monument that is often used as a symbol of the city of Yogyakarta. This monument was built by the Dutch government after the previous monument collapsed due to the earthquake that occurred at that time. The previous monument named Tugu Golong-Gilig was built by Hamengkubuwana 1, the founder of the Yogyakarta court. Monument located at the intersection of Jenderal Sudirman Street and Margo Utomo Street, has symbolic value and is a magical line connecting the southern sea, Jogja kingdom and Mount Merapi. At the time of meditation, it is said that the Sultan of Yogyakarta at that time using this monument as a benchmark direction to the top of Mount Merapi. This monument is now one of the tourism objects of Yogya, and is often known by the term "white pal tugu" (pal also means monument), because the paint color used since the first is white. This palbar is elliptical with a small ball and a pointy tip at the top. From the palace of Yogyakarta if we look to the north, then we will find that Malioboro Street, Margo Utomo Street, this monument, and A.M. Sangadji Street will form a straight line exactly to the top of Mount Merapi.

"Remember when we were waiting to get on our friends boat and the boys were playing light saber game and said it's the Mexican version cause all they had was their chanclas (flip flops) and used them instead?" OMG we we're laughing so hard 😂🤣

People Cheering Us Onward. Streets were lined with locals cheering riders on, thanking us for what we did by holding the Fallen Hero Ride.
