Wifey's homecooked Japanese Curry Rice. She bought curry mixture and garam masala powder from the Indian stall to make the curry roux from scratch instead of using the off the shelves Japanese curry cubes. She then uses the curry roux to cook the curry with grated Fuji apple, carrot, onion, potatoes, chicken and chicken stock. Lots of effort but the taste is sublime. 💯😍😍😍👍👍👍
