Left decaying lost in the forest, this bright mansion once housed the Pacific Northwest’s most notorious soul.

Minerals, mountains, rocks and more! Arizona is a wonderful playground. Hot during the day freezing cold at night. Non-potable water what else do ya need?

One gun left. She sits alone ever at the watch, someday she will get to rest. Someday hopefully soon.

This church may seem like a normal blue church. Indeed it might be just that to some. We know the truth though, what happened here years past. We still shake in our beds at night, trembling as if just thought would bring it back.

I could lose myself just for fun anyway here. BPLM! Bureau of public land management. That’s where you can camp for free!

Tucked away, deep in the mountains. This old world relic waits to be discovered.

These stairs bring you. My mind wanders as I climb them into the unknown. Bring me where? “Where ever you need to be” a voice ruff like sandpaper spits behind me.

This piece of driftwood. I wonder how long it’s been perched on these rocks. Left at high tide or during a storm. Violently crashing amongst the rocks. Seems so peaceful now.

Have you ever spent time playing “Haunted or not”? Your home town is bound to have a couple extra creepy looking houses. Get out there and explore!

One inch thick steel protective plates, sounds reasonable. You wonder if it’s safe as you peer out of a fresh bullet hole.

Straight drop 150 feet down. Don’t slip, the water isn’t kind at high speeds.

This sunset, the purple and pinks. Out in the middle of nowhere no cell service. Just a paper map.

Wind swept beach, still soggy from last nights rain.

Deep in the desert, a side road to a back road. Missing for a week.

Lost in time, abandoned left to the forest. As they hastily made their retreat, the humans looked back in horror as the trees overtook their once prosperous land.

A home for us, carved from the trunk of this fine tree. While it may not be warm, or cozy, or even shelter in the smallest sense. It’ll be ours and we will call it home.

Fortress built into the side of the hill

The locals worry this ship will be completely gone in another 50 years. Listening to them spin yarn about this ship I can’t help but wonder, how many homeless people slept in this ship while it was more intact.

Lakeside, put together the tent and start a fire. Turned out to be private land. The owners are amazing people though. Best accident trespassing experience ever.

In the past these halls filled with voices, quietly murmuring to each other. Deep voices, shrill voices, all manor of different lives all gathered for one reason.

They seem so small. But akin to stoplights and traffic signs they are much larger than you think.

The Grim Reaper loves gambling. Not good at poker, decent with the slot machines.

“The surf here is gnarly.” One long haired surfer shouts to another. “Right on brother, let’s move south!” That’s right I think aloud to my self, like I need another surfer photo anyway.

The gates to a long lost fortress

Cold concrete, old rusted metal jagged and sharp. Tetanus shots and boots are the only requirement.

This long man made pile of rocks, tourists come gathering in awe. Jaws dropped at the spectacle, this pure how’d they do it moment. One long pile of rocks.

Would you believe this light house is still in operation? It’s not. Legend tells of old crusty sailers seen in the waters around.

These iron doors massive and strong, sit rusted shut.

Our own personal beach. 20 foot by 15 feet. Scarcely enough room to build a fire, as we set up chairs and collect firewood the clouds move in. We aren’t scared.

Locked doors, deep underground they wait

The sunsets every night, we can’t stop it. Swallowed up whole by the water, Will it return? Probably not.

The amount of driftwood here, I wonder if I could. We all looked at each other at the same time. Bonfire!

Not all that wonder are lost. This hidden beach far off the beaten path, required getting lost to find.

“The Billboard” highest hill in town. Best free view, bit of a hike to this spot. Looks like I’ll need to cut down some trees for a better view.

Cargo freighters are a common sight. They are magnificent, traveling Earth’s oceans.

The arena. Nighttime festivities are popular here among the younger crowd. Those that can get out at night know where to go.

Time and dedication, you can live anywhere in the world. No one is there to stop you, no one around to shake there finger at your choices. If freedom is doing what I want, then I gotta know what that is. Not just what it isn’t.

The loan gun tower sits abandoned, waiting for action.

The coast is my home. I’ve spent time inland, south and north. But the western end of the USA, will always be my first choice.

Old busted out windows, the perpetrators long gone warm in their beds. This guard tower sits alone defenseless.
