'Tauhu dan ikan bilis sambal berlada'. That's what we call this. Tofu and anchovies are fried and mixed with chillies, eaten with rice.

'Keropok Lekor' is a deep fried snack that can be taken anytime, sometime they are boiled also. Usually dipped in it special chilli sauce. Now can be found eaten with blackpepper sauce or even with cheese.
