Along with two imperial Summer Palaces (one in Beijing and one in Chengde, about 150 miles north of Beijing), and Humble Administrator’s Garden in the same city of Suzhou, Lingering Garden is considered one of the four finest gardens in all of China. Together with other several classical gardens in Suzhou, it was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997.

The Green Shade Pavilion in the Central Garden, one of the fours distinctive sections (Entry, Central, East and West) seven here in the picture is probably the prettiest scene in the entire garden. #Suzhou #Garden #China
