Another nice evening #walk greeted with a #beautiful #golden #sunset. When depressed we tend to be alone and want to be isolated. This just puts a downward spiral to your mood. One of the best things to do is go for a brisk walk, watch the sunrise or sunset, be with nature and you will feel better. This lonely bench is doing the right thing. He is with nature and getting some vitamin d from the sun! Eventually someone is gonna sit and he won't be lonely anymore:).
