CAREERS IN OFFBEAT COURSES - There was a time when people used to be Doctors and Engineers. But now-a-days the new generation is diverting towards some new courses which were new trends in the 19th and 20th century. People used to force their children to become doctors and engineers and this situation is also faced by the 21st century students.... Students face a great problem as there is a tough competition for medical, engineering, IAS and IPS. But the new generation is making its mind to make career in the courses which are out of track. Some examples are Dermatologist, Hair Stylist, DJs etc. ... Jawed Habib, famous Hair stylist, is a shining star in this field. If someone has a good sense of humour and can entertain audience then he can become a Video Jockey ( VJ ) or standup comedian. A person with good voice can become a RJ. No specific qualification is needed for such jobs. Beauticians and sportspersons are also becoming on offbeat courses. Dancing and singing are also introduced as careers. A person should have training and nothing else is needed....
