I love tackling a challenge and cooking gives me just that opportunity. I also love travel and wish one day to travel to Japan. So it goes without saying that whenever I can, I like to combine the two and cook Japanese dishes. Today I took on a challenge and tried my hand at making Japanese croquettes, or Korroke. I paired with grilled cabbage with Tonkotsu sauce and gyoza!
