In the hills of Andalusia, southern Spain, between Ronda and Seville, lies Zahara de la Sierra, one of the many whites towns (Pueblos Blancos in Spanish) in the province of Cadiz. Visually it's probably the most striking one, perched on a mountain, overlooking a valley and a man-made lake formed by the dam that must be driven over to access the town. The town was originally a Moorish outpost, and was ruled by Arabs till 1407. Not to be missed if you have the chance to travel to Andalusia. #Zahara #White #Andalusia #Spain
