My son is autistic, I want to share this picture to express how I feel when we travel with my son with disability. Physically he looks like a normal person, he does not have any physical evidence of disability. When we travel to Mexico and the USA is incredible the lack of education in airplanes, immigration, airports and in our society. Is incredible how human values are not longer part of Our society. Is very important to educate our kids and our selfs to be sympathetic, helpful, solidarity, compassion, patience, tolerance, amiability to the ones suffer the most, the one who needs us the most. Airlines and immigration are not educated enough to understand autistic individuals. Are rude, question me , were is his disability.... I have to teach them that disability does not mean wheelchair, mental disabilities are in the brain!. Not visible!!. My son is an adorable kid, very caring, behave much better than typical individuals, he feels for others when are hurt he feels Sympathetic for others, how is that typical people are not sympathetic?. He need extra space when we travel, just to have a little more space in case he needs to realize anxiety. My son is on verbal so he can not express his feeling as "typical" comunícate verbalizing. Airplanes are not keeping any seats for seniors or for individuals #FOAPNATION With disabilities. Is more powerful making money selling the seats that make it someone feel like a human. We are forgetting that human been can think and use the brain and we are letting animal instincts to take control of our brain and behave like a human. Love someone with Autism!.
