Night sky is my back yard (long exposure). This is the actual picture of the one I have on my account. One of my first couple long exposure photographs. I am a beginning photographer, but I understand the concepts fairly well. So today as I sat in my back yard I saw the night sky which faded from a dark blue to a light blue and I said to my self "perfect time to test out long exposure". Which I had never really done. I had only taken 1 photo indoors to see how the camera worked. But this is one of my first attempts and I said "hey, let me see if I can get a light trail from that airplane. And I was able too. Didn't think it would look this good! Ha! Only have 3 months shooting and I'm getting the hang of things. This was shot with a Nikon D3300 , f 5.6 , iso200 , 10" exposure. And I got the light post and street light in the picture on purpose. To make it look like I was shooting from my backyard
