Wifey made Korean Seafood Pancake. So nice. Crispy outside, soft fluffy inside. Full of ingredients ππππππππ Tried 2 methods. 1. Mix the ingredients with the batter before pan frying 2. Place ingredients on frying pan and pour the batter to cover the ingredient. Method 1 is much better cos all the ingredients are well coated with the batter and is not so thick. Another trick is to pan fry under high heat first then lower the fire later. The crust will be very crispy.
