This tree is entangled with vines from top to trunk. The life is abundant in the sandy dunes of west Beach.

Brush fires are set up by the fire departments surrounding West Beach in Gary, Indiana.

West Beach in Gary, IN provides many hiking trails for the surrounding area. On this part of the hike, you can see traffic below from a concrete, fenced-in bridge.

Driving down interstate 65 in Indiana, no one forgets the windmill farms. These windmills provide renewable power for the areas around them.

There is no visible end in the distance to the walls you could take on this industrial nature trail.

These trees were used for larger Kindle in the brush fires that take place at West Beach in Gary, Indiana.

Driving across this bridge, it's impossible not to notice the absolutely remarkable architecture.

Birds find this tree to be this perfect home. All the intertwined branches make it a perfect home fo a bird's growing family.

Crossing this bridge, you will find this mysterious stone wall. it almost looks like a grave...

This fallen tree is a perfect example of how life will thrive through any condition. Despite it's fallen state, it continues to provide budding flowers on its brances.

The vine connected to this tree is as thick in some parts as some of the branches on the tree!

This dead end is going to flood very soon!

Brush fires are common for controlling the growth of the woods in Indiana. Here, it's all ready to go.

The rocks on this path collect as affluently as the nature surrounding it. Underneath lies the broken bits of old railways.

This tree is covered in tiny people flowers. Even though it has fallen to the ground, it continues to thrive.

And the light shines through to the sky that opened up with gifts of water.

Wedged in between two trees sits a piece of railroad equipment that's been broken for many many years.

Driving south from Indiana to Kentucky on I65 always reminds me of the windmills...

Watch your feet! Along this trail, tiny cactus grows ov3r much or the ground. They're tiny, but shoes are definitely suggested!

Rocks, graas, and water

Before choosing a path at West Beach, there's this beautifully pained building to look at!

Through all the rain and clouds, a bit of light shines through while going under the bridge.

A beautiful sunset, with waves lapping at the sand.

Toys such as this can be found for children to play with on this particularly sandy trail.

As you cross over traffic by West Beach in Gary, Indiana, you can't miss this fenced in bridge and it's perception.

This stormy reflection shows the mirror of today's storm.

These trees will continue to grow here for 100 years or more. One day, they will be covered in sand that blows up and sticks to them.

On this trail, the vines and the trees have become one with each other. Separating the nature would damage both greatly.
