Painted her fingernails, she always loved that. Shut the hospital door and said Grama "I know what you want" and pulled a coke out of my bag. Her eyes lit up. No talking, eating, drinking, etc. but we both loved cokes so I put a tiny bit in a straw and on her lips. Relief came over her face. I knew what was coming and Grama did too. A short time later we took these pictures of her beautiful hands and I caught her last smile with my daughter. She was One of a kind!

Pup (Comet) "I can't believe you are getting the mail without me! ~Tugs at your heart strings! Separation Anxiety is intense even after 7 years. Comet can watch me walk to the mailbox. It is only about 30 feet away and if he is not by my side he gives you this look and cries the entire time. Love my dog!

Getting organized after moving in and giving myself a creative space in the garage to be messy.

Johnson City, TN~Even if its falling down you can still put a flag on it! Very proud to be an American and respectful to everyone who has stood in front of our flag and sworn into the United States Military. Many family members have served and my son was just sworn in to the Marines. His Dad was a Marine so I know how much respect the loved ones and family members deserve. It's not an easy job. Lastly, not to forget those who were not in the military and have lost their lives to sick tiny minded terrorist. They will not take away the brotherhood of the American people, as it only will continue to grow stronger every time it is tested!
