This is Kanger. Kanger used in winters by the people of Kashmir to warm themselves. It is light weight and on can take it anywhere. This is the thing that Kashmiris rely mostly on in the harsh winters.

The image is shows the classical breakfast of India. A beverage that every household in India takes; Chai with some biscuits. A wonderful stress coping mechanish and a dear to many. India loves chai.
