Back in the day when your laundry room also known as the "wash room" was not located in the main house. In the wash room you would find a washing machine also known as a "wash tub" and a wash board. Oh, how we have evolved. Cheers to amazing upper body strength! During this time your freshly washed laundry hung from clothes lines in the backyard. A clothes dryer was unheard of.
