This week’s baking challenge: pistachio babka, served with hot coffee on the side.

Made some oatmeal bowls with toppings while at camping! Not pretty but tasty nonetheless.

Indian curry for lunch in London Street Cafe in city centre of Maribor, Slovenia.

One of my favourite lunches: baked salmon, broccoli and roasted sweet potatoes. A healthy, nutritious and balanced meal.

Ravioli au gratin, filled with spinach and baked in tomato sauce. Simple, yet delicious.

My first attempt of a three-layered cake. Coffee, hazelnut and salted caramel layer, topped with creme frosting. Definitely have a lot to work on, but I’m pretty satisfied with the first try.

Very chocolatey dessert: oreo brownies. Soft and chewy inside but firm and crunchy crust.

Got to make learning anatomy at med school interesting. Especially at the evenings.
