My 7-steps healthy breakfast recipe:
1. Heat up your Smile on your face for 5 minutes (smile at your family, housemates, your beloved ones or at your own reflection in the mirror - each one of them deserves to be smiled at😍)
2. Pour a glass of preferably warm water into your thirsty body💧
3. Optional: do your favourite workout to add extra flavour to your breakfast💪
4. Then pour a drink that makes you happy into your favourite mug☕ Enjoy the sipping!
5. Add some delicious food rich in proteins and vitamins🍓
6. Now read, plan your day, draw pictures of your dreams, set goals or learn a few new words or facts because you may not have time for all of it later📚💡
7. Your breakfast is ready🍽
Tip: to make your breakfast more enjoyable give up watching television or spending endless aimless hours on the Internet the night before and go to bed earlier🛌
