The Grand Canyon, South Rim Arizona Possibly the most amazing sight in the world. Such an incredible work of nature will leave you in awe and respect. A humbling experience for me personally.

Located by South Highway 93, hike down Kaiser Spring wash to Burro Creek. Cross the creek and hike up the mountain. Adventurous off -trail hike. No trail available up the mountain.

The Big Sandy River awesome power annihilating my river crossing trapping my myself and family at home. Most the year the water is ankle deep... But there is no crossing this...

Burro Peak, off of Signal rd. Very remote. The very first peak I climbed in AZ. The closest mountain to the ranch were i take residence. No trails available, find your own way up the mountain. Myself and my hiking companions have our initials carved into the rock at the peak.

In the Halupia Mountains of northwest Arizona, 20 miles east of Kingman

"Greenwood Peak," elevation around 5000 ft above sea level. The toughest off trail mountain I ever climbed. No roads, no trails and can be very dangerous. Littered with steep cliffs and many patches of cholla cactus(jumping cactus). The most brutal cactus I ever encountered in the Mohave desert. Took me 3 tries to make it up to the top without running out of daylight or water. At the peak you will find a bottle with paper and pencil. On paper is the record of every hiker who has made it to the top since mid 20th century? Experienced hikers only.
