Low-tide at sea reveals a whole new world to explore.
Even a gloomy day in Bulalacao is picture-worthy. Exploring this mini island called "Bangkaso," I was rewarded with this amazing sea-scape.
From the view deck of our own floating cottage, we glance at our neighbouring cabanas adrift the calm, crystal waters of Suguicay Island Resort.
These black rocks piled-up to one side of the shore remains a mystery. Who placed them there? What are these rocks for? Where did the rocks come from? One of the locals theorizes that the Japanese brought these as an effort to build a pier during the Japanese occupation of the Philippines during the World War II.
To walk along the shores of Suguicay is an experience no money can buy.
