City Portraits

About this mission

Every person is unique, made up of a variety of aspects that come together to form who they are. For this mission, we are looking to celebrate the unique passions and personalities of young professionals (aged 25-40) living with the hustle and bustle of the city. We are looking to highlight who they are and how they express themselves. Portraits should focus on the individual, but also express something greater about the individual’s life, namely an insight into their quirky and spontaneous character.

In particular, we are looking for images where the subject is confident, generally happy, and/or intensely engaged in an activity. We are looking for subjects to dress in a stylish and fashion conscious manner. One reference model to consider is Crista Cober’s work with Vero Moda (http://www.promod.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/blog-crista-vero-moda7.png).
