✅ DO's:
✅ Keep the video vertical (keep your phone straight up)
✅ Make sure the video quality is 1080x1920px minimum
✅ Show a person working out

⛔️Don't upload videos with Social Media watermarks (TikTok / Instagram or others)
⛔️Don't upload horizontal videos
⛔️Don't make a photo slideshow!
⛔️Don't add music to your video

⚠️ We will reward the video or video set CHOSEN by the curation team. If it is not accepted, it will not be rewarded. If NO videos are accepted – there will be no rewards.
