Special moments with Grandparents

About this mission

The HappySelf/HappyMe journals serve as the perfect gift for a young child who is trying to express themselves!

Grandparents love providing a great gift but it’s even more perfect when it’s a form of communication and an opportunity to bond with their grandchildren 🥰

We would like you to show how these journals can be used by children with their grandmother or grandfather alongside them, helping to guide them and create beautiful moments.

Some ideas:

✅ The child showing and pointing to the journal, showing the grand-parent what its about, what's inside, how it works.
✅ Sitting on the grandparents knee or lap, filling it out together. Maybe in a cozy corner of the house with a lamp on or at the dining table whilst the parent is making dinner in the background.
✅ Try some outdoor shots, in the garden now that Spring is upon us! Think how the beautiful yellow journal can contrast against green grass or blue skies 🌸

We are actively encouraging grandmothers, grandfathers, young girls and boys to take part in this lovely, family-bonding mission!

✔️Colors should be bright and soft (not fluorescent) ideally natural day light
✔️ Calm and natural shots
✔️ Quality: sharp, clean, so it is easy to identify the journal
✔️ Try both landscape and vertical, maybe more landscape.

We don't want:
⛔️ Branded clothing on models
⛔️ No striped, polka dotted, or patterened clothing that might be distracting in the shots (best to go for monochromatic clothing ie:. shades white, grey, beige, navy)
