About this mission

The HappySelf Journal is centred around journaling for children- what better way for a child to discover the goodness of journaling from watching their own parent lead by example? 🥰

The new Grown Up edition is coming very soon but until it does, we would love to see photos of you, the parents, using the signature yellow Junior Journal alone or with your child alongside!

Some suggestions for capturing the perfect moments:

✅ Using the journal in the office, at the dining table, tucked up in bed, or in the garden.
✅ Try some shots of yourself alone, holding up the journal with he front cover visible or having it nearby in the background, whilst making dinner, for example.
✅ Journaling next to your child as they are filling out their own ☺️ Try the dining table or the kitchen table or on the sofa cuddled together.
✅ Include some product shots: especially the beautiful front cover, think how the bright yellow can contrast against green grass or blue skies 🌸

We are actively encouraging both mothers and fathers to take part in this lovely, family-bonding mission!

Some technical requirements:

✔️Colors should be bright and soft (not fluorescent) ideally natural day light
✔️Calm and natural shots
✔️Quality: sharp, clean, so it is easy to identify the journal
✔️Try both landscape and vertical, maybe more landscape.

We don't want:
⛔️ Branded clothing on models
⛔️ No striped, polka dotted, or patterened clothing that might be distracting in the shots (best to go for monochromatic clothing ie:. shades white, grey, beige, navy)
