the quarter ride looked happy and nostalgic yet, somehow, lonely as well.
mash-up of three different views of the same yellow friendship roses in a handmade tinfoil vase. The flowers are alive, vibrant and in bloom from the main view, profiling pointing towards the sky in the second and the last shows them wilting at once.
This is at the dog park but if you look closely I tried to show the detail of the large bug on his sunglasses. I don't know if it is a cicada or a grasshopper etc but it sat there and he didn't notice until after I took the picture and he screamed!
Preface: I do not allow my dog to drink soda- but our pup Mahgheetah was busted trying to drink my Cherry Vanilla Coca-Cola thus inspiring a series of pics showing his training NOT to steal drinks. He is the best looking mascot though!
This is a photo on my cell phone I took when trying to get interesting angles of ordinary objects. This is a close up of hand etched glass and when I searched "triangle" this popped up. No editing besides cropping and black and white vs. colour.
This was when I started working with brands to apply, test, review, market and promote their products. This was me applying a L'oreal Hyaluronic Acid Serum with glass dropper, balancing cell camera on my leg. Times have changed
I had this photo from a random store layout photoshoot but loved the bright graphics juxtaposed by Coca Cola on the bleak background.
My favourite scent is freshly cut grass or simply green grass at dawn or after a light rain. I think the greens are peaceful and the dew drops balance on each blade adding depth and character to an entire world we can't easily see.
This has been a favourite of mine for years. It never snows here and the contrast of my puppy's (Rottweiler) black fur on white snow looked cool.
How can you not love her face- this could be a selfish because she took the photo by pushing the button on my cell phone camera. No retouch on her but added background and removed some shadow. I love this inquisitive expression - eyebrows?
This was not taken nor uploaded sideways but it appears so. Regardless it is the original from a concert series that inspired the inverted trick photo I submitted first. I wanted to show the original before I flipped, contrasted and focused the image
This was at an MMJ concert; if viewed closely it was inverted w/the bottom "flames" made frm shadows of audience and the "man" was something I saw from a beer bottle reflection. No filters but I flipped and darkened contrast on my cell phone camera.
I looks sideways but was taken vertically at the crowded outdoor concert venue. The show was amazing and packed with incredible lights, energy, great crowd and expensive drinks! Cheers!
I love taking these kinds of pictures. This isn't the best but I forgot about it from last week. Taken at night, no flash, bright full moon, shadows from houses and trees, hazy clouds &a touch of warmth from random lights. Nature with a bit of city.
I was fascinated by this large, fast moving snail on the driveway last month. When I got my phone within 2 inches it didn't shy away but reared up at me! I'd never seen a giant pink arthropod; apparently it's carnivorous and new to NC. Micro / Macro
These were fresh picked flowers from my mom that bloomed early for spring. I took the shot from above using a flash and it blacked out the background and made this pretty burst of bright colours and textures.
This photo shows the first melting ice from almost bare tree branches and pops of green starting to emerge from the branches and the ground. I love the way the phone's camera caught the detail of the water and I was able to isolate certain cool tone
I am always trying to find unique perspectives wherever I am, using only my phone's camera. This picture from work is fairly easy or at least it went down that way - Cheers!
When I saw this mission I thought of several pictures I've taken with my cell phone camera that had interesting angles, colours or a cool perspective. I loved this layout because it showed "boring" paper & transformed the room in to a rainbow of fun
This is a black & white shot of my "twin" several years ago after hospital. We were playing w/a dog toy(before giving it to my Rottweiler)& since this Smile always makes me laugh, I am sharing.
This was taken as part of a series to show how to apply Juice Beauty Stem Cellular Serum. black and white with camera phone, no filter, manual pop of colour true to bottle of skin care; pre makeup application.
