Waves come in a rhythmic pattern. Washing distracting thoughts away and all that’s left is an appreciation of the moment.

The path often travel and overlooked. The walk is not to get to a destination it’s to move from moment to moment in quiet grace.

Night is the time not everything is visible from our surroundings to the people that inhabit those surroundings. Lights like diamonds in the dark.

Trying to catch some fish and enjoy doing it. A great way to spend a summer day.

In the distance majestic mountains stand watch over nature’s beauty on display in the summertime.

A walk down any street has it’s own feel. On these historic streets it feel familiar and at the same time new. In this way we are really all connected.

Heading out to sea ya don’t need a calm sea just a calm spirit. That way no matter what happens a steady hand is on the wheel.

Have a seat if you will. Spend sometime absorbing the sun smiling down on you. Summer comes to is all as a gift.

The long and winding path to discover what I didn’t think I needed. A beautiful day to enjoy the fruits of my labor.

Going outside of the city of Reykjavik the eyes feast of nature in all her raw beauty. There is no where the eye can look and not see the wonders she displays.

On a scenic drive in the summertime a view opened up to an overlook so warm and beautiful had to capture it.

Silent observer, that’s the appropriate response to stunning beauty. To become one with the beauty outside as well as in.

The setting sun on a street in downtown Reykjavik. I was alone and that was ok. This moment was for me.

Reflections of a day gone by. At a local sports hall/entertainment complex caught this reflection. Thought it interesting against the blue sky that had no to little clouds.

Going to the lake to do some fishing and exercise the kids. Summertime and exploring go together like kids and dirt🤣

A walk along the beach with your best friend.

When you look sometimes color plays with you. Calling your attention to come back into the moment. In this picture the moon was bright and high and the lights of the city compete. Both captured my imagination and attention.

Never have i been so conflicted about a picture. At once i was taken by the beauty of the moment then slammed by the reality of this historic horrific place.

There she is! The bird that will take me to paradise. At least the paradise i can afford😂

The boundless energy of youth. Climbing a hillside, walking multiple flights if stairs can’t slow the love of discovery in a child’s heart.

An amusement park everyone’s favorite summer activity. This one located around a lake is my particular favorite because of its scenic location. A boat ride or train ride is a perfect date activity too.

A day well spent relaxing on the water and soaking up the summer sun.

Bridge to solitude. A well kept secret spot locals know about ,but few tourist do. You get the spot more or less to your self and relax.

These purple flowers dot the landscape around a beautiful lake in Iceland. The landscape around Viffillsstadur, Iceland is truly serene and beautiful.

High about the water a predator is hunting it’s prey. Rule number one: Never get in between a predator and it’s prey.

The trip is the journey. It’s the places in between the destinations that gives the experience depth and color.

A stony beach for the soft in heart. A walk along the beach a universal commonality in seeking true love.

Seems there might be treasure hidden here somewhere, yet the treasure lies in the moment not anything found.

Evening walk by the pond. Happened upon these two odd statues hanging by a light pole. Seemed to be enjoying the sunset like me.

City on the horizon beckons you to come and explore. There’s a little something for who ever you are or want to be.

Prepare for landing! Amazing to believe your where the birds are. To gain a different view on our world and how small we all are. The beauty that is always around us should fill everyone with pure gratitude and delight if we only look around up.

It’s a good day when palm trees are in view usually. Sitting in sunny Tenerife,Spain you can forget your problems and absorb the fun😎
